Presenting a photo ID and this Order Confirmation printed at the dolphinarium is MANDATORY.
We accept credit card payments online via our secure connection which is certified for the clearance and processing of online credit card charges. Charges to credit cards will be made immediately at the time of purchase. Credit card is charged for the total cost listed when buying.
VERY IMPORTANT: If you are getting to the location by yourself, please be at the location at least 30-40 minutes BEFORE your schedule program to check-in and prepare for your swim.
ACCESS TO DELPHINUS AREAS: You must print and bring your activity coupon with you to the Delphinus location. Coupons cannot be endorsed or trade out with other person and please be advise that upon check in at the entrance gate you have to present your coupon along with a valid photo ID (e.g. driver’s license, passport, or military I.D.).

Cancellation policy: All cancellations are subject to 8% charge of the total amount as a handling fee. Cancellations should be made up to 2 working days prior to the visit date, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST. ”No-shows” and/or Last Minute Cancellations (same day) will be charged in Full Amount.
Refunds cannot be made directly to your credit or debit card after the first 3 months from the date of purchase. To make the return after 3 months from the date of purchase, the customer's bank information will be requested to make the refund by bank transfer. International transfers may have an additional cost.
Reservation changes: Changes can be made 24 hrs before your dolphin swim program schedule upon availability.
Partial refunds: Our finance area is not enabled for partial refunds to foreign cards. The partial return can be allocated for the purchase of photos, souvenirs or electronic certificates by the amount. If the amount exceeds 50 USD we can do the partial refund with charge to customer of 30 USD by international transfer.
